This course is aimed at Catering Managers, Executive Chefs and all those in a management or supervisory position.
The day will be interactive where you can discuss freely your own issues, develop solutions which will enable you to return to your care home and work towards a well led, outstanding nutritional care service.

• How to meet their Key Line of Enquiry E3 “How are people supported to drink and eat enough and maintain a balanced diet”.
• Ensuring you offer outstanding person centred nutritional care and that your residents are at the centre of everything you do.
• Helping you to develop your own strategy in your workplace to comply with CQC standards.
This practical day will guide you through how to develop your own strategy’s, policy’s and audits for screening, hydration, catering procedures, mealtimes, menus, service delivery and training. At the end of the workshop each candidate will receive a free copy of the NACC Publication “How to provide good nutritional care and comply with CQC’s fundamental standards”.
