The NACC Training Academy was officially launched on 4th October 2018 to strengthen our support of our members and the care catering sector. A relevant mix of NACC endorsed courses, delivered by experts via training workshops and webinars, will support the association’s members and care catering professionals in the workplace. They will give you the tools and confidence to gain new skills and knowledge, keep up to date with the latest developments in the sector, and deliver continued excellence.
The NACC Training Academy will deliver further specialist care catering courses across the country and these will include allergens, texture modification, fortification, dementia and dysphagia. Other topics to be covered include chef skills, food safety, dining skills and front of house, and nutrition and hydration.
The Academy has been developed having listened to you our members. It was clear that ongoing, relevant training is very important to you. We’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to create the academy to take the training and support we offer to the next level.
