Food in Care supports carers and children in care to eat well and develop healthy relationships with food. Our work has identified limited support available to foster and other carers in relation to managing children’s complex eating behaviours. We are aiming to ensure that foster/kinship carers and social workers across England are aware of this valuable toolkit and get the support they need.

The ‘Care for Something to Eat’ PDF provides a detailed insight into the needs of CiC, and a comprehensive understanding of practical tools and ideas that carers and other professionals can use in everyday situations when providing child care.
