The second instalment of the NACC’s National Webinar series took place on Thursday 23rd October, focusing on the timely and important topic of Healthy Sustainable Diet Considerations for Care Catering.
Hosted by former NACC Deputy Chair, Nick Dutton, the session brought together care catering professionals from across the country to explore how healthier, more sustainable food choices can be integrated into care settings – supporting both resident wellbeing and environmental goals.
Expert speakers Rachael Venditti and Tess Warnes shared valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities around implementing sustainable diets in care, covering practical steps, nutritional considerations, and the wider benefits for organisations and residents alike.
The webinar was free for NACC members and formed part of the association’s ongoing commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality learning opportunities across the sector.
