Helen Simpson is a Dietitician from North Hampshire CCG and has been working with James Ball at Oakhouse Kitchen on the production of a poster. This will be used in their care homes in North Hampshire to advise on nutrition and hydration issues for patients with Covid-19.
As members of the NACC they wanted to share this as they hoped it may prove useful to other members.
