TLC Care Awards 2025: Recognising Excellence Across Its Care Community

TLC Group recently held its annual Awards Night, an event dedicated to recognising the achievements and commitment of team members across all its homes.
This year’s celebration, TLC Fest 2025, embraced a relaxed bohemian, music-festival theme and reflected the organisation’s ongoing focus on sustainability and responsible practices. The evening brought together colleagues, partners and guests to acknowledge the professionalism, dedication and care that define the TLC Group community.
The Awards Night provided an opportunity to highlight the hard work and commitment of team members who consistently deliver high standards of care for residents. Awards were presented to individuals and teams who demonstrate excellence in their roles and make a positive impact within their homes.
TLC Group also recognised individuals who embody its core values of Truth, Love and Compassion — the guiding principles at the heart of the organisation’s approach.
Guests enjoyed performances from the TLC’s Got Talent finalists, whose creativity and enthusiasm added a special touch to the evening.
