White Oaks has launched its new Circadian Hydration Range, an innovative collection of sensory-led drinks developed specifically to encourage hydration and support the wellbeing of older adults.

Hydration remains one of the biggest nutritional challenges in later living, with appetite and thirst naturally declining as people age. Dehydration can contribute to a range of health issues, including confusion, urinary tract infections and an increased risk of falls.

Developed by Darren Neal, Head of Culinary at White Oaks, in collaboration with the dietetic team, the Circadian Hydration Range combines culinary innovation with nutritional expertise to encourage hydration through a more engaging sensory experience. The collection includes Sunrise Revive, Midday Boost and Moonlight Calm, each offering different flavours, aromas and nutritional benefits to create a more engaging drinking experience.

Following successful trials across several senior living communities, the range is now being rolled out more widely across White Oaks' care settings, helping providers encourage regular fluid intake while enhancing the resident dining experience.
