The focus for this meeting is
One Team, One Purpose - Exceptional Service and we will be exploring staff recruitment, development and retention, along with service delivery and care home teams working collaboratively. As usual we will have some fantastic sponsors and speakers, including Porthaven Care's very own
Care Chef of the Year, Ilona Tomza and Jo Ankers, Group Catering Manager at Abbey Healthcare. There will be lots of opportunities for discussion, practical activities, sharing ideas and networking!
